Surfboard and Accessory 60 Day Limited Warranty

Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC manufactures, in our opinion, some of the highest quality surfboards available. We offer with our all our surfboard products and accessories the following 60 day Warranty against Defects in Material and Workmanship. Please read your Warranty and Board Care Instructions carefully. This Warranty sets forth our responsibilities in the unlikely event of defect and tells you how to obtain performance under this Warranty.

60 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP

Terms of Warranty: Your product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of product purchase, If any part or portion of your product fails to conform to the Warranty within the Warranty period, Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC, at its option, will furnish new or a like factory replacement.

*Warranty Extends to First Purchaser for Use, Non-transferable*

Warranty Claims Procedure: Within a reasonable time, but in no case to exceed thirty (60) days, after User's discovery of a defect, User shall contact Surf Ventures Unlimited at 888-XXX-XXXX and request a return authorization number. User shall ship the defective product to Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC. Products shipped to Surf Ventures, LLC without a return authorization number will be refused and returned freight collect to User at User's expense. Products shipped by User to Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC which have incurred freight damage due to User's improper packaging of the product will not be covered by this Warranty and any repairs or replacement parts, components or products needed will be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User.

This Warranty represents the entire agreement between Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC and User with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, representations, understandings or agreements relating to this subject. Any purchase that arrives damaged or defective is protected by our Warranty. Please contact us by phone or email. Phone calls are answered or returned during normal business hours.
